Absolute Beginners Crochet
Come along and get started on your crochet journey! We will start from the very beginning in this 2.5hr workshop, learning some basic crochet techniques and terminology and maybe even crochet a granny square or two! All materials are provided as well as refreshments.

One-to-One Crochet Classes with Clare
Clare is now offering private crochet classes on a one-to-one or two-to-one basis. Do you want to learn crochet but group sessions are not your thing? Or perhaps you want to do a session as something special & fun with a friend or loved one? Clare has this covered! Why not come along to the cosy Sew Dotty Workshop and get one on one crochet time. From an absolute beginner or for those who want to upskill what they already know - everyone is welcome.
Once you have booked Clare will be in touch to arrange a mutually convenient date and time to hold the class. Clare is able to do anytime - mornings, afternoons, weekdays & weekends.

Crochet-a-long with Clare! … build up this fantastic 2025 Blanket … month by month in 2025! … over 12 sessions! Seasonal design with a square to celebrate each month! … champagne for New Year January, Heart for Feb, Daffodil in March, Easter Egg in April, May Pole in May, Summer Flower Vase for June, Seaside in July, Sunflower in August, Autumn Leaf in September, Pumpkin in October, Fireworks in November and Santa in December!
Each Month come along and crochet with Clare and make a square per month. At the end of the year we will have an additional workshop to join the CAL squares together to complete your 2025 Blanket which has been designed by Clare!

Amigurumi Crochet: Bumble Bees
So you love to crochet and would like to learn the art of amigurumi crochet to make your crochet 3D! This workshop is a great place to learn that new skill! Clare will show you step-by-step and you will go home with an instruction sheet on what to do and the know how learnt to go home & make more! Cat Stitch Tote Bag
At this workshop you will be introduced to a new crochet stitch - Cat stitch! Its called this as the outline of the stitch is that of a cat! Using this stitch we will create a tote bag. Clare will show you step-by-step and you will go home with an instruction sheet on what to do and the know how learnt to go home & make more! As always plenty of tea, coffee and homemade cake included too!
